Tracks 1-15 recorded from the front row stage left. Tracks 16-24 recorded from middle of balcony stage left. Mike Cooley's guitar and vocals are very prominent in tracks 2-15 due to recording device being in close proximity to his monitors. There is a drop in volume during track 15 due to unanticipated move of taper from front row to balcony; this has been left in place to preserve the continuity of the recording. All tracks were normalized with Zoom H2; tracks 15-24 were further normalized with Audacity 1.3 Beta.

Subject: I'll be the first to say it...

...before some other a-hole does: this isn't a great recording. The volume is inconsistent between the first 2/3 of the show and the last 1/3 of the show due to being recorded from two locations. During the first 2/3 of the show Mike Cooley's vocals and guitar sound more in the forefront than than the other guitars and Patterson Hood's vocals (again due to location). So, if you're looking for a 4 or 5 star recording of a DBT show, this ain't it. However, it's not the worst recording I've heard, either, and if you were at the show it'll make a nice memento.
